We supported the website renewal of a construction company in Sapporo City that handles public infrastructure projects. Taking recruitment enhancement as an opportunity, we started by proposing a new logo to rethink the company’s corporate image. Based on the company culture—“young people are thriving” and “flexible work styles”—we redesigned the logo with a sharp look combining heavy machinery and the letter “S.” On the corporate site, we expressed the company’s values and approach through compelling copy and organic animations that convey the atmosphere of the worksite. For the recruitment site, aiming to increase applications for construction management positions, we centered the copy around “Build the site you build.” The site highlights an environment where young staff can gain experience early on. Rather than simply introducing the company, the design focuses on empathy, making visitors feel, “I could really succeed here.”
