A Corporate Site Designed by Mapping Out Challenges

The client faced two major challenges: functional and content-related. Functionally, the lack of responsive design and limited flexibility in updating the site were hindering operations. On the content side, overuse of stock materials resulted in a lack of originality, complex page navigation reduced usability, and there were insufficient pages introducing the company’s initiatives, such as CSR activities. To address these issues, we proposed a renewal focusing on three key points: “originality,” “usability,” and “ease of updates.” To convey the company’s commitment to ongoing innovation while being rooted in the local community, we visualized the city assembling through 3D organic illustrations. We placed particular emphasis on improving usability, making it easy for users to find the information they need and creating a clean, user-friendly website.

Redefining the Appeal of Real Estate Brokerage on the Recruitment Site

For the recruitment site, we designed the concept around how to compellingly convey the company’s work to the target applicants. From the perspective that “real estate work allows you to witness the ‘dramatic moments’ in customers’ important life events,” we developed the concept “Dramatic Work.” We photographed employees so that each one appears as a “protagonist” in the visuals. In addition, we included real employee stories as readable content, conveying both the rewards of the work and the company’s character. Under this consistent concept, we created a recruitment site that explores the appeal of the work in depth, both visually and narratively.
