
Refreshing the Farm Image to Strengthen Recruitment
Expressing the Concept Revealed Through Visiting the Farm
Misawa Farm in Yubetsu, Hokkaido, contacted us via their website regarding a recruitment brochure. They were facing the challenge that students rarely picked up the brochure at recruitment events. During a meeting at the farm, we noticed the farm’s straightforward approach to creating an environment that minimizes stress for the cows. To convey this dedication directly, we set the concept and copy for the new recruitment tool as “Straightforward to the Cows.” We captured photos of cows looking directly at the camera, creating simple yet powerful visuals. In addition to renewing the brochure, we also proposed posters for display at recruitment event booths. As a result, the materials attracted more attention from students and increased the likelihood that they would pick them up—a result the client was very pleased with.
