Representing an Open, Market-Like Service Through the Logo

“Mansion Market” is a real estate portal site that supports the purchase and sale of condominiums. It provides a system where anyone can easily and freely check condominium market prices—information that previously required contacting a real estate company. Aiming to create a space that is accessible not only to property owners but also to potential buyers, we expressed an open and enjoyable “market-like” atmosphere with a flag-shaped logo. The concept of the logo was also applied to the business card design. Additionally, we created and delivered a manual summarizing the ideas behind the CI (Corporate Identity) and methods for creative deployment.
