We participated in the rebranding project of a corporate group rooted in Nayoro City, supporting the company’s new direction. Tracing the company’s history across three generations, we see that it began in 1957 as Igarashi Gravel, gradually expanding into road paving, civil engineering, and transportation. We expressed this journey through a slogan inspired by the word “path” and created a new logo that embodies the company’s commitment to extending its path from Nayoro outward. Additionally, we developed the corporate websites for Igarashi Holdings and its five group companies, establishing a design format that strengthens the cohesion across the group. For the photography direction, we captured sites such as quarries using drones and also photographed a three-wheeled auto that marks the company’s history. The design integrates the group’s history and integrity into the website, reflecting both its legacy and sincere corporate stance.

Creation of a Recruitment Site Targeting Young Talent

We created a recruitment site specifically targeting young job seekers. Considering the company’s growth—from gravel transportation to contributing to local development through solar power and real estate businesses—we developed the concept slogan “Become the Person Who Advances the Town.” This message conveys the significance and pride of working for a company that grows together with its community. We also produced a video expressing the group’s history, visually presenting the company’s journey since its founding, its corporate philosophy, and current business activities. By using motion visuals to convey aspects that still images cannot—such as the company’s spirit and the energy of the work environment—the site allows prospective employees to vividly imagine themselves working for the company.
