A New Communication Experience for Partner Companies — i-Platto
i-Platto is a service designed for partner companies, offering a new way to communicate with suppliers and buyers. With its three key functions—“Discover,” “Search,” and “Manage”—it streamlines raw material sourcing and reduces the effort required for inquiries, while enabling information sharing, ultimately enhancing the value of Iwaki. Tasks that were traditionally handled individually can now be managed collaboratively within teams. Additionally, the platform incorporates a variety of features to facilitate smooth communication, simultaneously improving operational efficiency and data visibility.
From Ground-Up Development to Continuous Improvement
In the service development process, we considered every step from requirements definition to design and development, including what type of service would be accepted, which systems could make it feasible, methods for measuring effectiveness, as well as naming and visual identity (VI). Starting from scratch, the service was launched in about one year. Even after release, we actively incorporated user feedback, continuing to make adjustments and add new features.
